By submitting this form, you acknowledge that as a multi-day event, there is a possibility your automobile will be stored outside (with 24-hour security presence), and that the submitted motorcar will be covered with a valid insurance policy for the duration of the ModaMiami 2025 event.

Applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee’s decision by email. With limited space available, we encourage completed applications to be submitted as soon as possible.
