How do I purchase tickets? (pre-event and onsite)

Tickets can be purchased online through our website here, or onsite. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as quantities last.

What if I lose my ticket?

If you lose your digital ticket or can’t locate your confirmation email, don’t worry! Start by checking your spam or junk email folder to ensure it hasn’t been filtered there.

You can also retrieve your ticket by emailing info@modaevents.com using the email address used to purchase the tickets and we would be happy to re-send your barcode.

How can I upgrade my ticket?

Tickets can be upgraded onsite at the various Moda Info Desks located on the showfield. If you would like further information on ticket upgrades, please call our main line at +1 305 974 7777.

I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final, and ModaMiami does not offer refunds as outlined in our ticketing policy. However, tickets are transferable, so you can give your ticket to someone else. Ensure the new ticket holder has a copy of the ticket and understands the terms of entry.

We recommend reviewing all event details and your schedule before purchasing tickets to ensure you can attend.

What access do I have as a ticket holder? 

Showfield
Includes access to ModaMiami showfield either on Saturday, Sunday, or for the weekend, depending on your purchase. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.

Lounge
Includes access to the ModaMiami showfield and Moda Lounge on either Saturday, Sunday, or for the weekend, depending on your purchase. Guests will enjoy a climate-controlled setting overlooking the showfield, along with light bites and refreshments and an assortment of luxury goods to peruse.

Club
Includes access to the ModaMiami showfield, Moda Lounge, and Club Moda on either Saturday, Sunday, or for the weekend, depending on your purchase. Guests will enjoy the pinnacle luxury retreat overlooking the showfield, including surprise entertainment, the best in food and drink, and lush surroundings.

Moda After Dark
A special evening event to celebrate Moda under the stars! Guests will enjoy the very best entertainment, food and drink, and soon-to-be-discovered surprise elements. Note, Moda After Dark is a separate ticket and does not include showfield access.

Arriving at Moda

Please ensure that you arrive at the main gate to the event, located on the west side of The Biltmore property. The front entrance of The Biltmore Hotel will be closed and guests staying at the hotel may enter through the first floor.

What is the admission process?

Upon arrival, your ticket will be scanned at the ticketing gate. Afterward, you will proceed through security before entering the venue.

Do kids get in for free?

Yes, children under 10 can enjoy free admission when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

Parking, Taxi and Ride Sharing Options

We are offering complimentary parking at the University of Miami 5807 Ponce de Leon Ste 100, Coral Gables, Fl 33146. If you would like to arrive by taxi or ride share to the main gate, the address is 1200 Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Staff and signage will be there to direct you to the ticket gate. Parking near The Biltmore Hotel is extremely limited.

Is there Valet parking available?

No, there will only be valet parking available to guests staying at The Biltmore Hotel. All ticket holders must park at the University of Miami and can either take a ride share to the event or our complimentary shuttle services.

Is there parking for the physically challenged?

Yes, handicapped parking is available; however, it is extremely limited. Handicapped parking will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

What time does the shuttle service run on Saturday and Sunday?

Complimentary shuttles will run to and from The Biltmore every 20 minutes beginning at 10:45 A.M. The shuttles will run until 5 P.M. Please ensure you provide enough time to catch a shuttle back to the University of Miami parking lot.

What time does the showfield open?

Gates will open from 11 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on March 1st and 2nd. Tickets purchased at the ticketing gate later in the day will not be discounted.

Can I bring a pet?

We are a pet-friendly event! Please ensure your pet is on a leash at all times and are cleaned up after.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes.

Are bags allowed?

Yes, all bags will be subject to security checks prior to entering ModaMiami.

Are wheelchairs allowed and available on-site?

Wheelchairs are allowed onsite. The Biltmore Hotel does not have Wheelchair rentals, please ensure to bring your own.

Are golf carts available for rent?

No.

Are there concessions for food and drink?

Absolutely! Treat yourself to a variety of food and refreshing beverages at our on-site concessions, available for purchase.

Can I take photos or video content onsite?

We encourage it! Capture your favorite moments and share them with friends and family. Don’t forget to tag us on social media, @modaevents_official, #ModaMiami.

What is the dress code?

We don’t have a formal dress code, but we encourage guests to embrace a Miami Chic vibe: stylish, vibrant, and fun!

What is prohibited on the field and at the event?

To ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons and hazardous materials
• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Knives, blades, or sharp objects (including box cutters)
• Pepper spray, mace, or other self-defense sprays
• Flammable liquids, fireworks, or any combustible materials
• Drugs and illegal substances
• Outside alcoholic beverages
• Drones

What accommodations are available for those with conditions and disabilities?

The Biltmore Hotel is accessible by wheelchair. Our shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible, and the showfield grounds are flat, and scooters can move freely.
